| In 2000, KM Mold set up the precision plastic molding facilities focusing on precision molding business. The plastic parts made including: camera casing and other components, gears, lens, mobile phone, mechanical parts, medical parts, etc. KM Mold has 60 Fanuc injection machines all equipped with robot running 7x24 to fulfill the production order. The presses are operated in an automatic mode to the greatest extent possible. Parts are removed from the injection mold by robotics or conveyor systems. The result is a reliable, efficient, and cost effective system to improve manufacturing process. We can run all types of resins from commodity to engineered grades, high temperature to filled materials. We are dedicated to improving productivity through automation. |
